HOW TNK WORKS

1

Customer Make An Order

The customer provides product photos, cargo dimensions, weight, and destination port and delivery address (for full container shipments, also provide loading address, packing list, and unloading address in the destination country). Our team then gives an estimated quote for shipping. Once the customer agrees and accepts our quote, they send the goods to our dedicated consolidation warehouse with the shipping marks and address provided by us. After the warehouse confirms all goods have arrived, they measure the dimensions and weight of the cargo (usually done automatically by robots, with the data entered into our ERP system). Once the inbound process is complete, the goods are ready to be shipped.

  • The customer marks the goods with the unique shipping mark designated by TNK company.
  • The customer will send the goods to our warehouse (Full container shipments are exempt from warehousing)
  • The goods have been delivered to the warehouse, and the customer confirmed that all the goods are in.
  • The warehouse machines automatically measure the size and weight of the goods

Shipping & Payment

After the customer confirms that the goods have been sent and arrived at warehoused (full container orders don’t need to be warehoused), the customer provides the packing list details. The warehouse then follows a standardized process for the cargo to be loaded according to the shipping schedule. Workers will check the integrity of the packaging and shipping marks one by one before loading into container. Once the goods are loaded into containers and shipped, customs clearance, loaded on vessel / flight / train / truck, and departured. We will send the invoice and collect the freight after the cargoes have been loaded into the container.

  • Customer service checks the warehouse entry data of the goods with the customer (product name, volume, weight, etc.)
  • After the customer confirms the data, the finance team generates the shipping invoice based on the ERP data.
  • The warehouse sorts the goods and moves them to the loading and unloading area, waiting to be loaded into containers.
  • The goods were shipped after being loaded into the container, and the customer pays the freight according to the invoice.
